ALL OUR ITEMS ARE TRACKED
To ensure that your item is on its way to you, all consignments leaving The Towel Shop are tracked and tracking numbers are available upon request. Please note that tracking numbers will only be available when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and the status is set to ‘shipped’. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Please allow several hours for your tracking number to become valid.
DISPATCH TIME & TRACKING
Items ordered before 3pm on Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day provided all items are in stock. Items ordered Monday to Friday after 3pm will be dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If the payment is received over a public holiday or weekend, please allow for a few more days for your delivery. Please note that in the rare instance when any of the products you order are not in stock at the time of placing your order, we will notify you of the delay.
